Basically I think it’s abit too baggy for a XXL and when I tried on my XL it was too snug so basically I can’t win with the right size fit.

very effective as a wearable sauna

Got as a bit of a weight loss aid, time will tell how well it works for that, however this is very effective at generating perspiration in quantity.Trousers are a very high waist, top a low waist so no exposed midrift, wrists, neck and ankles are elasticated, not tightly but enough no ventilation gets in as well.on a reasonably acceptable 22C day it got very warm inside, wear something under you do not mind getting wet because its going to. think adding with an exercise bike would be effective.the material is a decent thickness, I suspect anything that rubs against it with an edge could start a tear, fixable with tape though. its like wearing a very heavy duty bin liner, but a bit thicker stiff.
