- Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart.
- Lower yourself into a squat position by bending your knees and pushing your hips back.

- Engage your core and press the kettlebell overhead, fully extending your arm.
- Lower the kettlebell back to shoulder height with control, and repeat.
- Switch sides and perform the exercise with the other arm.
5. Turkish Get-Up
The Turkish get-up is a full-body exercise that improves strength, stability, and coordination.- Lie on your back with the kettlebell in one hand, arm extended towards the ceiling.
- Bend the knee on the same side as the kettlebell and place your foot flat on the floor.
- Use your free hand to push yourself up to a sitting position.
- From here, transition to a kneeling position, then stand up fully, keeping the kettlebell overhead at all times.
- Reverse the movement to return to the starting position.
- Switch sides and repeat.
