The bag is super durable and high quality as would be expected with 100 Spartans merch. It pairs well with the rack I bought from on here. Make sure you use help when hanging it because you may think 70 pounds isn’t much but it’s awkwardly long and you risk throwing out your back. Ego is a heck of a thing.

Very sturdy, and heavy. I recommend getting a lot of weight to support your stand as I weigh 250lbs and stand on the bag stand and it still moves a bit. When I don’t have weights it’s all over the place.

I have been punching the life out of this heavy bag, I went for the 160lb one and it has held up exceptionally well. So well that I have no flaws to report whatsoever and I usually have something to gripe about, but not this time. I will definitely buy again.
