Quality: This item does not stay up!! If you hit it it falls and does not bounce back up.
Asssembly: it has three different compartment for air and water/ sand! It’s not super difficult to assemble but, you have the energy to pump it up with an tire inflater.
If you have a water hose…it will make filling the foundation much easier.
Value for money: For the price, it’s not a bad buy…but for me this would be a gift for a child …not adult.

Solid product, well made. For the price I was expecting it to be much worse. My kid loves punching and kicking it, been doing that non-stop for couple of days now since I received it and blew it up. Been just a couple of days but looks very promising giving the torture it has received already.

Easy to add air by electric pump, and i add the sand instead of water to avoid leaking just in case got a hole in the bottom. it’s not easy to add a sand inside though because the hole is to tiny for funnel but we figured out by adding the sand, the height is good enough for 5’2 youth and adult. the bag is thick enough to keep punching by my son.

I bought this for my friend’s son. He has anger issues and this has helped him during some rough times. He has a place to focus when he gets upset now and my friend has thanked me several times for this. We set it up in his room so he can use it when needed, but he also plays with it quite often for fun as well. It was a great purchase.

This thing took FOREVER to fill with air and I was using a small electric pump. I wish I had an air compressor, would have been a lot faster. After getting it set up though, the kids went to town and continue to play with it. It doesn’t take up too much space and is a great toy when the weather is cold or crappy and they need a break from the electronics.
