After having a foot surgery and later trying to get myself back in shape I gave myself a wonderful set of medial shin splints and probably strained my soleus muscle too. After talking with a podiatrist (pre-surgery and post) I was told I needed to strengthen my ankles. Some of the exercises recommended needed some resistance bands. Further reading in how to prevent shin splints also suggested using bands. When I found these, which gave me multiple options, I decided to try them.
I found the extra light band not very useful for me, but the medium and heavy were perfect and the light is probably just a bit too easy.
There were some work out instructions but they were not very helpful and didn’t give any suggestions for exercises. They were basically just some safety tips for using the bands.
The bands themselves are excellent, easily portable, and give you options for using them just about anywhere. I’ve used them while waiting in the car, slip one end over my toes and work my calves or over the headrest and work my arms and shoulders. They come with the little mesh bag and take up basically no space at all making them easy to take to work where you can do some exercise at a desk even.
If they came with a set of band exercise suggestions I’d say they would get 5 stars. They are well worth the price as far as I am concerned anyway.

I bought the set based on recommendation from from a girl in my pilates class. Very cute, have a case, great to throw into the backpack. My 8 year old son use the green band. All of a sudden there was a rip, I was upset because I though he had cut it. I tied a knot so it is still usable. Then, another split started. I made a comment to the seller that I was disappointed on the quality. I got a response immediatedly that will will refund or replace. This kind of service is unheard of during the last 6 months. Companies sadly used Cov19 as an excuse for BAD service.
By that time, I had tried using the blue band for my class and I was happy with it so I asked that they just replaced the yellow band. The green bank is very light so more for the little ones than me. Within a week after I emailed them my address, I got a complete replacement set!! Great service and generous. I will share this with my other friends. Thank you so much for the quick response.
