I purchased this as just walking the hallways of my coop building was not enough exercise for me to help lose weight. I also needed t strengthen my ankles, knees and legs before I could have knee surgery. I looked at the Ellipse machines and they were priced a great deal higher than what I could afford. While looking and doing my research, I found this item. It provided all of the items that the more costly machine and was half the price. I ordered it. Have used it for just over 2 weeks and am very happy with the machine. My legs are getting stronger and the muscle tone has improved. I do have several minor issues with it. The machine is rather heavy and awkward to move, if the design could be adjusted to provide external handles that would provide the owner a way to lift it and move it off to the side of the area where it is being used, it would be very helpful. Also the instruction pamphlet is poorly written. They need to be be written in depth so a person who has never used exercise equipment before could use it sooner rather than later. Those were the only real issues that I had with it and overall I am pleased with the results of the machine.

I have spinal stenosis & arthritis. In January I also had a total hip replacement. As a result I have been sedentary for fear of doing excercises that might cause sciatica flares that happen to me sometimes. I saw this product in a commercial and thought it might help me strengthen my legs and back. I have another ellipsis machine similar to this one but it’s difficult to use because it is unstable, moves, pushes away when you use it. This one is just great because it stays in place during use, can be controlled by the remote, gives me a timed 30 minutes of use and data – time, distance, and calories- that I can record on my phone calendar, and it tracks in my fitness app to share with my doctor. I am very satisfied with this purchase.

Her doctor told her she needs to exercise more. This device makes it easy for my gmom to get her blood flowing, without having to stand up and lose her balance. She uses it a couple times a day and she says it’s perfect. It’s not too heavy either, she has moved it room to room with ease. It also stores well under her side table.

I thought it was defective after following to instructions that came with it. I then watched the video and found it was working perfectly……. Only issue is that it would slide away from me as I was using it. I ordered two clothes hooks with suction cups and stuck them to the floor directly in front of the elliptical, it doesn’t move at all now. I LOVE IT. See the above photo

My husband needed this Elliptical Machine after triple bypass surgery. He had difficulty walking because of a back issue and this unit made all the difference in the world for rehab. There is a requirement of walking for recovery after bypass surgery and with this unit there was no issues. He used the auto setting to begin with and the remote was a must for him since he was not allowed to bend over. I will say this unit is very quiet. Speeds are easy to adjust with the remote. I will admit that I use it too and I can see using it from now on when there is not enough time to get out to walk like I should. All in all this Elliptical Machine was and is amazing for us.
