To be honest, I thought I was being scammed, I’d never paid this much for anything in my life and I did it online to a store I had never heard of before, but I was just tired of owning a gym membership and never using it. So I decided to outlay this for something that could have that all in one fitness effect on my workout. I waited a month, it didn’t arrive, upon reaching out to the customer service, I was told it will be delivered in less than 3 months, I don’t know how I missed that part, fair play to them, this was stated on the product page, for some strange reason I must have missed it. Now that I have received it (50 days), I must say that my fear have been put to rest. I would have loved to give this order 5 star, because the product components were in order when it arrived my door step, but due to the eternity it took to reach me, I can’t overlook that fact. Notwithstanding guys thanks a lot for keeping to your word and delivering my order even though it took awhile.

I have had this piece of equipment for 6 months now, and it’s as good as it was when I bought it. We use our machine daily for probably 2 hours a day. We use it heavily, often max out the stack plates, and other than keeping the slides lubed, it’s been worry-free. I did just finally fray a cable. It still works, but I wanted to replace it, and the seller made it simple to do. The machine stands up to heavy lifting as equally as well as it does light. For me, this was an exceptional buy. The assembly can be daunting when you get the crate. Just watch his video, it walks you right through it and will save you a huge headache over trying to assemble by instructions only.

I have been using the gym now for a couple of weeks and so far am loving it. The smith machine feels solid, the pulleys move smoothly even with heavy weights, and you have a lot of flexibility in exercises. I got an additional weight bar and weights for deadlifts, squats, and other exercises. I have been able to do all the workout movements that I used to do at my local gym. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome after getting it put all together.
As a lot of people mentioned, putting together the Home Gym takes a bit of time. The instructions lack detailed explanations and usually show more than 20 actions you have to do on 1 single page. I would advise having both people read the instructions each and look over the items prior to doing the steps. We also had to get a few extra bolts because there was a mismatch with the order.
The build issues aside, I had an amazing experience with the sales people for the smith machine. I received updates on my package due to delays at the shipping port and lots of helpful advice while putting things together. I was amazed at the kindness and responsiveness that the sellers had while I was putting together the machine. Thanks for being so kind and nice!

My wife and I bought this for our basement. We absolutely love it! We’ve been using it almost daily for the past 4 months. We love how you can do so many different exercises in a compact form.
Assembly took some time but they had a video we could follow along with. You will want to have some “assembly” skills or know someone who does to put this together. It took me a few nights to fully assemble it all. The good news is that it all went together and there were no missing parts.

Before I make any purchase, I do an extreme amount of research and found the Smith Machine from 100 spartans to be the best value for my money. I could not be happier with both the product along with Paul from 100 spartans. The package arrived as scheduled. There were a couple of minor issues with weights that were damaged during shipping, along with a minor tear in the bench seat. Paul was unbelievable and communicated with me at every point including prior to delivery and during assembly to provide support just in case I needed. He also took care of the minor issues immediately and provided unbelievable customer service. Assembly was easy and took my son and I approximately six hours total with no issues or hurdles. I’ve been using the Smith Machine for the last several days and am absolutely loving it along with the workouts that I am getting using my new equipment. I would highly recommend purchasing this Smith Machine from 100 spartans, and again, cannot praise Paul enough for the unbelievable support that he provided.

First, I would have given it 5 stars if not for a few hiccups. Ordered it in August but didn’t receive until November. However, the customer service was exceptional. They gave me options to either cancel the order or wait until they were restocked. The communication was extremely rare especially nowadays in customer service. I was going to initially just cancel, but the honesty, quick replies, and overall great communication and customer service swayed me and I stuck it out.
Once it arrived the installation was tricky as the items were not labeled as great as I would like. I had to remove some pieces after installing because I had done it incorrectly. A pain but wasn’t that bad. I recommend not using power tools on this at all.
The only other issue is that the ring that was on the pulley system that was supposed prevent it from falling out of it housing was non-existent on one side. So I had to have a friend file around it and bought a ring to stop it from falling it out. It was either that or contacting them to get a replacement and I just didn’t see that happening anytime soon.
All in all, a great buy, no regrets. Would have gotten 5 stars if not for the pulley issue.

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!! I especially love the incredible customer service (Thanks, Paul!)– I had been screwed over by Zeus fitness/aka Roze fitness/aka Robert Mayberry in Sacramento– he took over 4k and never delivered– just ghosted with my money and a bunch of other folks, too– so needless to say, I was wary about paying that much again, but I’d looked at and really liked the commercial home gym functional trainer with smith rack all out year ago and held my breath as I pressed “buy now” on 100 Spartans. They shipped in less than a week AND gave me a heads up that they’d recently changed packaging companies and if I received the wrong bolts to let them know and they’d ship the right ones– I did get the wrong ones, and they USPS priority shipped them the next day! AND— when I couldn’t figure out the cable routing, I asked Paul via text and he gave me appropriate directions even though it was 8 o’clock at night. I mean…wow— oh, and the equipment is the BOMB!!! so smooth and sturdy! Thank you 100 spartans for restoring my faith in what customer service really looks like!!!

I am a personal trainer and I spent A LONG time looking at functional trainers for my private studio.
As a whole I like this Functional Fitness trainer.
It has all the things I was looking for.
The cable machine is Great and the Smith works wonderful.
It is sturdy and when put together works beautifully which is why I kept it and chose not to return it.
The other reason I chose not to return this item was the sheer logistics have returning something this size seemed extremely stressful and daunting.
With that I would not order from this company again.
During the ordering process The company was very communicative. An made sure that I had proper shipping information and insured that I received the product in a timely fashion.
The container was delivered by a third party shipping company. not by a UPS driver.
And I received the item everything was in its crate and seemed to be intact.
The Functional trainer took two adult 9 hours to assemble.
The instructions are absolutely the most horrible instructions I have ever seen on an item. Extremely confusing. Even the most mechanically inclined person would have a hard time putting this together with the instructions that they gave. The company also provided extra instructions and an extra video that you can you view on Facebook that did NOT make it better.
The directions were poorly explained while skipping multiple steps With extremely blurry photos.
As I unpack and inspected each item I noticed that several of the pieces were damaged scratched and had damaged paint or arrived just plain dirty With old machine lubricant.
As you can see in the photos It looks like the items were either refurbished or this may have been a floor model That was unassembled and then shipped to me.
I did not pay for a refurbished or a floor model. I paid full price for a brand new piece of equipment. And that is most definitely not what I received.

I hardly ever write reviews but…
First, I’ll start with the customer service. Paul was outstanding! Helpful and communicative, this level of engagement is incredibly unique – particularly for online purchases.
The equipment itself is amazing. I had my own Olympic bar and weights, so I didn’t need to buy the deluxe model. That being said, the version I bought came with everything needed to round out ANY home gym.
The stock installation guide was hard to follow, but 100 Spartans provided supplemental instructions and a video. I relied on the video for nearly every building step.
If you’re not afraid to drop some money into a serious piece of gym equipment, look no further. This beauty (and beast) was worth every penny!

Bought this back in 2023. Shipping took some time but was expected. My husband put it together by himself twice and didn’t have major complaints (we moved it to put down rubber flooring). Follow the video if they still have it. We did have to drill a hole since it was done incorrectly but the seller offered to send another piece. We opted to just fix it ourselves. Looks like they have a leg press attachment and different bench so I can’t speak to those but they look better than what I got. Wish I had the leg press attachment. The weights and attachments we did get work just fine. I use it 4 times a week since we got it & still very happy with it. I love not having to go anywhere to work out. Great investment & sellers were easy to work with.

I researched several machines before purchasing this one. I was replacing a unit I had for 20 years so I was looking for something the was high quality and would last. This machine is sturdy and all the parts are high quality. I have used it almost every day for a few months and I am completely satisfied. It handles the many exercises that I do and is easy and quick to move around and change out the attachments. Paul at the customer service portal ensured that I was set up nicely with my unit. He is simply superhuman. He did everything he said he would and more. The communication was excellent. I would recommend this machine and 100 spartans without reservation.

Originally I wanted to add a functional training to my gym and came across this one. It’s identical to models I saw on other websites. Really didn’t want a smith machine but now that I have it very happy. My wife is happiest that she no longer has to move around a bar on the rack. The shipping took long but given the weight of the 4 wooden crates that carried the component parts it was completely understandable. The seller was in constant communication letting me know of updates which is awesome and rare. So hats off to the seller. The product comes in a wooden crate and takes a few hours to unpack since everything is bubble wrapped. Took about 4-5 hours to assemble and I’m very handy. I did it by myself but wife helped with weight stacks. The cable system is the best of all. With a one to one ratio you are pulling the weight indicated. Very commercial feel and well built. The price may seem high but you get a well built machine so totally worth it. If you are on the fence buy this and you will have no regrets, buy the best and buy once.

The product seems to be built well. I haven’t tried it yet, some scratches in packaging but what do you expect. Instructions were not fool proof at all but expectations for those were low
The service though on the other hand was 10/10. If the instructions don’t work for you there’s a nice lady on the phone who can go through it with you, she send me an installation video, which was the difference maker. I’m not sure why people in the comment found it difficult to understand the demonstration in the video, it was pure gold in my opinion, used only it and got the job done in a day, although needed my brother to wing it with.

Best gym you can buy! Solid steel construction exactly as advertised! Paul is by far the best seller I have ever worked with and you won’t beat the price! If your on the fence buy this Gym! I have now had it for about 9 months and absolutely love it! Took awhile to get here due to shipping issue, but Paul was in constant communication and he went the extra mile to get it to me as quick as possible. Will last a lifetime. Definitely commercial quality. This is the first review I have ever written due to how amazing customer service is and such high quality product! Thank you Paul and 100 Spartans!

I purchased this unit after hours of research. I was aware of the challenges with installation. Watching the provided video alongside the paper literature surely helps. The customer service from 100 spartans is superb. They are timely and extremely responsive. I have been using this machine for a few weeks now and I am very satisfied with my decision.

This was a great buy! This machine fits under my ceiling that only had 90” of clearance, and it has everything I need for a full workout. It’s incredibly durable and I imagine my grandkids will use it some day. Assembly was not easy, but it was worth the effort to put together. I recommend wearing gloves when handling the parts at first. The machine works great. I’m back to the full workouts I’ve been missing since the pandemic period. The customer service was excellent, as they kept me updated and found solutions during challenging logistic related shipping issues.
If you are a motivated, DIY kind of person who misses workout out to exhaustion, buy this machine. If you can’t handle putting in a bit of effort, spend $13,000 on a pre-assembled machine instead. This is a fantastic deal for people who get things done.

Five stars because it is a great product. I love all of the new exercises that can be added to my routine including the leg press. I am much more comfortable pushing for strength on the smith over free weights. A couple of comments though. It is a little short for anyone close to 6 foot to use the pull up bars without bending your knees. Installation is a little challenging but not over the top, definitely sort all the different size bolts before your begin. The floor does need to be level or the weight stacks bind up. None of these issues are worth a star, great product.

The best thing about my experience was being able to speak with someone when necessary for the installation and the initial questions I had about the home gym. I had the nicest person guiding me through and also following up to make sure that I was completely satisfied.
