I use this every week for 2 hours for boxing padwork along with the 100 spartans boxing head guard. It works very well and my trainer has commented that this absorbs body shots pretty good.

I bought this so my 6 & 8 year old sons could practice their karate kicks on me. At first my boys complained because they hurt their feet when they kicked it. They have gotten used to it now, but it is pretty solid. Side note…if you are the one wearing the protector and you are a small person, it is pretty hard to cinch it down tight enough to wear without having to hold it up.
