Everything about the purchase was professional and well executed, so we can get that part out of the way. I had the old blue hydraulic stretcher during my Kenpo and Hapkido days. I loved it, but the hydraulics only lasted for less than a year, and it was dead. This machine works on a gear turning method and applies equal pressure. I was thrilled to find this machine. All the year of martial arts catches up with you, and I have had so many surgeries, the latest being spine surgery. My physical therapist was helping me with balance issues, and we felt that it maybe because, though still flexible, I was not working to my expectations in this stability situation. So we started working on stretching and that seemed to be the problem and I told of this machine I had 20 years ago, so I looked to see if they still had them. I ordered one immediately. It is well put together, sturdy. The back support is a little low, but it is what is needed for this type of stretching. There is a wheel that comes off it very easily, it sits down in 2 slots in the column of the wheel, and you just turn it to your desired distance. Quite simple in theory and execution. If there is a weak spot in this engineering, it would be the shaft of the wheel maybe could be a little thicker, but this is in no way saying there is a problem. I love this purchase and though painful. I love it. Highly Recommended 5 ***** out of 5 I gave a 4 for sturdiness only because I felt a thicker shaft would promote the longevity of the machine usage. Not sure how it operates on any other surface than Marble, carpet could be more challenging. If your on the fence buy it, you will be glad you did.

So it was supposed to be an easy set up; but the screws had a bit of problem, I had to use my tools to readjust the screw into order for it to fix and secure properly, also this thing is quiet small, ( I am 5’9 ), and my feet goes all the way out of the foot rest area, hanging “ in the air” without any support, the other issue that I had / have is that when turning the steering wheel the left side does not “open up” smoothly, so I feel my right leg is pulling toward the right smoothly but then the left not so much, I am still doing research and see if I can put / spray dome WD40 on it to make it smooth up, and I am hoping it will work, if not this might have to be going back to the seller. Anyway; would I recommend / buy it again; well; I think it’s NOT really a bad machine / equipment; is just that its not well build, constructed. Anyway, I will keep trying to keep it; too avoid take it apart again?! If not it’s going back

It’s incredibly small and not actually meant for adults. I don’t feel like my legs should be hanging more than half way off the leg supports. What are the sizes for this leg stretcher. How do I know I got the right one. I’m 6ft 200 pounds and I don’t think it’s meant for me.

It works well at getting you in a better posture for streching and helps push your legs out at a better angle. I had trouble with one of the parts braking but 100 Spartans got in contact with me right away to resolve the problem

My daughter wanted this for her birthday and after reading tons of reviews I decided on this one. So far so good, it definitely stretches you and goes past the 180 degree splits. I use this just to stretch, very sturdy, one thing I’ve noticed is the wheel that turns it could be a little quieter but you get use to it. Can also flip the leg paddings to get a longer support for taller people. Would recommend!
