I was thrilled to get the elliptical trainer in less than a day. I plugged it in and pressed the Start/Stop button (Is the panel supposed to light up? Well, mine did not and none of the other buttons worked). So I got the remote, put in fresh batteries …Nothing…Changed out the batteries. Still a no-go. I wish there was a regular on/off button on the actual trainer. So disappointed. Wanted to get pro active before the holidays. Back it goes. If I decide to exchange it and the next one works I will edit this review.
Edit: I opted for a replacement and I am glad I did. The trainer works like a charm. I will get a lot of use out of it. Just a note to the manufacturer: it would be nice to have a separate button for forward and backward direction and more control over the direction rather than let the machine do it for me at a predetermined speed.

I was developing circulatory issues in my legs but hadn’t the time for the recommended daily walking. This eliptical treadmill solves that problem from my easy chair! It is easy to use, compact and very well made, and it’s so quiet! I particularly appreciate the handy remote control unit that permits me to be seated and ready to go before I begin to exercise. It conveniently controls all functions including start, stop, and program and speed options. The 3 programs and 12 speeds make for very versatile, and quiet, workouts.

I got this for my 85 year old mother to get her moving. She really likes it but I have to start it for her because the directions are not clear.I like using this as I can get my bad knee warmed up and moving better since I started using this. However, again I have a number of people read the directions and ask them how to use it. They said if they ever lost the remote they couldn’t use it.I will say I wish you could increase the speed as you are using it. You CANT increase the speed unless you do it before you start the program.There are 3 different programs and I have yet to figure out how to increase the speed before stating the program.Again, it’s a good product I just think it could easily be great.If you have a senior citizen and they need to get some exercise safely, this is worth the money.

I ordered this machine due to the fact Therapy it was similar to the equipment I use. Since I. Have been using this machine, I see a difference in my knee and the stiffness is minimum. Got this exerciser to use while watching TV at night and it’s been really great. It’s easy to use and a good way to get in extra activity without even trying. It is very quiet in operation, I was worried that it might make it hard to concentrate on my shows, but I can hardly hear it at all. I use it every day now and have even recommended it to several of my friends. If I had two Tv’s in my place, I would consider getting a second one for the other room. lol I’m very happy with the purchase. There were other ones that seemed similar but I took a shot at this one since the reviews looked good and it turned out to be a great choice. Good buy.

My life style living in the low desert prevents me from walking due to the heat. My knees were not bending without pain. I have had this set up 3 days already I walk better, knees do not hurt circulation is better. I use it twice a day. BE AWARE they do not provide the 2 batteries so if you order be certain you have 2 triple As for the remote.
UPDATE: I have been using this for a month really like it. I do have mild neuropathy and this gets my circulation going. Use it every morning there is an automatic timer 30 minutes. I sit in a chair with a straight back and push it away so my legs are extended the unit is on P3. Another plus is it starts slow then gets up to speed first going forward then it reverses does this thru the 30 minutes. I feel tingling and blood flow thru my legs. I recommend this I am 83.

The remote control buttons are well placed. The power cord is sufficiently long. I looked at other machines in the same class, priced much higher, it makes me very glad I purchased the GUGTTR.

I love this thing! I’m suffering from plantar fasciitis and even walking causes me intense pain. I bought this to get some movement in while I’m reading or watching tv. On mode #3, I can burn up to 112 calories in 30 minutes. I can easily do it 3 times through while watching tv in the evenings. The first time I used it, my abs actually felt sore afterward, so I knew it was working!! I could definitely see someone using this under their desk if they sit a lot during the day. I’ll continue to use this even after I’ve healed from my plantar fasciitis. Excellent product!

Easy to Use, just pop it out of the box, plug the plug into the unit, put batteries into the remote, put it on the floor, plug it in, turn it on and it goes.Make sure you lube the wheels up first per the instructions.If you have tile / hardwood/laminate /Vinyl flooring you WILL need a non slip mat.On Carpet you will be fine.Don’t push, let the machine work the muscles.Start out on Manual and the slowest speed to get used to it. Then work your way up.It is a nice looking, compact unit, not a whole lot of pieces you have to worry about.I used a velcro strap to bind my power cord when not in use. It sets in the Handle area just fine. And there is a place to hold the remote for it. Great little user friendly additon IMHO.I only just got it so I can’t say how reliable it is. That would be a future add on to the review.Like a long term use review.It felt comfortable to use, even with bare feet.The digital screen lights up well and is easy to read.

I like the product. I like that I can decide which speed or setting to use. I really like that there is a place to store the remote. But there doesn’t seem to be a place to store the power cord. So if I move it to store it away after I’m finished using it, there doesn’t seem to be a place for the cord.

What a special and wonderful little bike! I bought a cheaper one before but it was so bad that I was worried to try another, but thankfully this one is great! It fits really well under my desk (no assembly just take it out of the box and your ready) and i can still see my PC when I’m using it because I’m not pushed back too far (its quite compact). It is also very quiet, it makes sort of a soft sand sound which isn’t unpleasant. This comes with a remote (batteries not included AAA) and a small container of lube for the wheels which i did put on a small bit, it helped a lot. I find myself just mindlessly peddling on it when im playing a game or watching a show, its that seamless of a feeling. I havn’t tried out the auto modes yet, i like to go at my own pace but i will later on. One last thing, the display for the bike is bright red against black so its easy to see, even to my impaired eyes.

I work 12 to 14 hours a day and spend most of the hours behind a computer. I bought this to see if it really gives me any sort of exercise and am surprised at how much it does. I try my best to hit the gym daily, but during the busy season at work it is nearly impossible. This gives me the ability to get some cardio in and no matter if half of it is mental I am feeling better than when I started using it. I would recommend this to anyone who sits behind a desk for long periods of time.

I love the Guttr Under Desk Elliptical – I use it every morning while watching TV and having a cup of coffee. I love the three speed on the Elliptical. When I just feel like getting my circulation moving, I use level 1. Level 2 is great is has a little resistance. Level 3 they call the exercise mode and it give you a workout but nothing too hard. My Guttr Under Desk Elliptical is a great investment for me. I have not use the manual modes yet, but hope too soon.
